You’ll work closely with our catering team to ensure every meal is a sensory delight, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer care. Key Responsibilities (not Limited To) Deliver exceptional service during and around meal times Communicate menu options and respond to customer needs with warmth and professionalism Ensure dining areas and equipment meet cleanliness and safety standards Collaborate with chefs to address catering needs Complete food safety documentation and operational cleaning duties Uphold Aurum’s values and Code of Conduct What We're Looking For To be considered you will have: Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant service A customer-first mindset with a passion for excellence Strong communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Clearance Valid Driver’s License Certificate III in Hospitality - Desirable About Us With over 30 years of experience, Aurum has proudly served the Western Australian community as a Not-For-Profit Organisation, providing top-quality food management services.
